OUR WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE
Bridgford Furniture may offer a premium delivery service at an optional charge to those customers having a delivery address located in mainland UK/Ireland. The delivery will be carried out by a two-man team to qualifying locations that are easily accessible by road. The Bridgford Desk will be placed in a room of your choice on the ground floor. The delivery team will assemble the product, The customer is responsible for the provision of an adequate power supply in the preferred room and ample space for our team to work.
The company also offers a premium delivery and assembly option for customers based in the United States of America at an extra charge.

You can customise and place your order online by making the depsoit payment of 20%- to secure your build slot. Alternatively if you have a bespoke requirement in mind, you can enquire and place your order by calling our Bridgford team on +44 115 8557 885. At the point of deposit payment, every customer will be offered a seven days review period before their order is confirmed. Orders can be modified, cancelled or amended at any time in this seven day period.
The dimensions for The Bridgford Desk can be found on the product specification section, on the homepage.
Direct bank transfers are our accepted form of payments. But we also do accept online card payments for product deposits only and we accept most major credit and debit cards. Email enquiries@bridgfordfurniture.com for our bank account details.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. For a more detailed explanation of our policies, kindly refer to our terms and conditions section 6.14, 6.15 and 6.16.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This email will state the item(s) you have ordered, the cost (including VAT where applicable), packaging delivery & invoice details. If you have not paid the deposit then your order won't be accepted. Once the depsosit is paid in full, an order confirmation email will be sent.
If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. We will inform you of this in writing or via telephone, and deposits paid thereof will be refunded back to you.
For deliveries placed in the UK, we can offer to assemble the product at an optional charge and for deliveries outside the UK, the desk assembly is the responsibility of the customer. Please note: Never attempt to assemble the desk on your own!, kindly seek the help of a qualified carpenter or a professional furniture maker.
Once you have placed your order and paid the required deposit amount, each customer will have upto seven days to modify or cancel their order. Upon the expiry of seven days and the order being confirmed for manufacture, you cannot change, modify or cancel your order. Bridgford Furniture provides a skilled bespoke service, and all products are made to personal specification. Therefore we cannot accept any changes once production has begun.

You can check the status of your order by logging in and the information will be displayed in the account home page. Alternatively you can email or ring Bridgford Care to find out the status.
Yes! Bridgford Furniture delivers outside of UK and Ireland, we will provide you with a fixed shipping cost which is applicable for your chosen country.
All Bridgford Furniture products are well packed and boxed before being transported. The standard delivery in the UK and Ireland is complimentary and our team will place the Brdigford Desk in a room of your choice. Since the delivery is based in the UK and Ireland, we can also offer to assemble the product free of charge. For international orders, The Bridgford Desk will also be packed securely and handed over to our shipping partner who will deliver the product to your door or to a specified location (easily accessbile by road) of your choosing.

We offer The Bridgford Desk as standard in three separate sizes with the choice of several different finishes and technological upgrades. Wireless power and Bluetooth control are just a few of our optional upgrades. Alternatively please contact us if you have a bespoke desk requirement. Our designers love a challenge. Once you have reseved your unique desk, you have up to 7 days to cancel, change or modify your order. We will take no payment until the 7 days have elapsed.
